Refund and return policy

Welcome to SkinSerpent (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Refund and Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Membership Free Trial

Our free trial period allows you to experience our VIP and Premium memberships without charge for a limited time specified at the beginning of the trial period.

Upon the expiration of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription plan, and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable recurring fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the free trial period or during your subscription term. However, no refunds will be provided for any partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription term.

To cancel your subscription, please direct yourself to the membership page and click cancel membership.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the membership you paid for until that time. After the end of the billing cycle, you will no longer have access to the membership unless you re-subscribe.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the free trial offer, subscription plans, or this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
