5. Buying and Selling

a. The Platform facilitates the buying and selling of virtual items, specifically Rust skins. All transactions are conducted directly between users.

b. Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their items for sale.

c. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item listings and ensuring they are satisfied with the item's condition and price before making a purchase.

d. All transactions on the Platform are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

e. We may impose fees or commissions on transactions conducted through the Platform, and these fees will be clearly disclosed to users.

6. Prohibited Items and Activities

a. The Platform prohibits the sale or trade of any items that violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to stolen items and counterfeit items.

b. Users must not engage in fraudulent activities such as chargebacks or using stolen payment information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within The United States.
